We are looking for a talented Center of Excellence Director - Investigations to join our ethics & compliance team to develop and lead the CoE for Investigations . Although this position is designated as remote, there will be global travel and frequent trips to Indiana.
Provides overall expert level knowledge, leadership, and management for specific aspects of investigations. Collaborates with leadership and key stakeholders to execute goals and objectives of Investigation Center of Excellence and provide strategic guidance to ensure success. Oversees strategic direction, operations, and continuous improvement activities of the Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Directs the strategic development of program targets and objectives, initiatives, procedures, training, and other resources; interprets the voice of the business, stakeholders, and partners. Ensures excellence, innovation and best practices are identified and grown into standard work and growth opportunities, inclusive of IT systems, technical guidance, training, and technology. Drives quality, continuous improvement and monitors key performance indicators to assess Investigations' performance to identify improvement opportunities. Conducts root cause analysis on Investigations, communicate outcomes to the business, and lead initiatives to address root cause of issues. Collaborates with senior leadership to establish and prioritize focus areas and initiatives for investigations. Identify talent needs and development opportunities for the investigation function to enhance expertise. Partners with key stakeholders to develop and implement robust processes, frameworks, and methodologies for the investigations processes. Monitors the performance of the investigation's organization and related activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness. Investigates a variety of workplace issues in an independent, fair, unbiased manner; cases completed accurately, comprehensibly, and timely; documents findings and makes recommendations for corrective actions using the organization's process of ethics. Recruits, selects, develops, manages, motivates, coaches and mentors CoE team; provides guidance and direction on problems and issues; delegates work assignments considering employee skills and development needs. Participates in special projects as required. Qualifications

Education/Experience Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Criminal Justice, or related field. 7 years of experience in handling investigations, employee relations matters, risk mitigation, internal audit or internal controls or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree. 4 years of people management experience. Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to Compliance and Investigations. English language proficiency, as this is our main business language, along with any other languages. Experience with Navex or similar case management software Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $127,000 - $212,500
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
