Job Description Visa, a global leader in the electronic payment industry, is seeking a passionate professional to join our vibrant Client Licensing team. Our Global Licensing and Configuration team is at the heart of our operations, ensuring the integrity of the payment system and supporting our clients as they develop and expand their electronic payment businesses. As part of our team, you will be involved in granting client licenses, conducting initial client onboarding, and performing due diligence checks. You will also play a vital role in maintaining client lifecycle updates and managing client BINs for their Visa programs and services.

Role: Client Licensing Analyst
As a Client Licensing Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the CEMEA region, providing customized consultative support on license requests. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Visa’s bylaws, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements to guide potential applicants through alternate partnership options.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze licensing eligibility and requirements per Visa Rules, managing the licensing process for prospective and current clients.Consult prospective and current clients, executing requests related to the administration of their licenses.Identify and execute operational opportunities to increase service quality or efficiency.Ensure the Licensing team, partners, and stakeholders deliver on commitments and meet customers’ expectations.Identify business trends and escalate areas potentially needing to be re-evaluated, providing recommendations accordingly.Investigate questions/issues across licensing, requiring understanding of Visa Bylaws and Visa Rules, banking structures, holding companies, and regulatory requirements.Formulate recommendations and refer cases to Manager, identifying unusual scenarios or potential risks.Evaluate and understand how client-licensing data impacts upstream and downstream processes and departments.Serve as a Licensing resource in CEMEA to support market-based needs.Alert leadership to situations outside of established policy or issues requiring an extra level of customer service attention.Build awareness of Licensing rules, policies, and processes in CEMEA markets.Contribute and participate in system and process enhancement discussions, including performing acceptance testing. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
