Defining a product's vision, strategy and roadmap; manage the feature backlog;Managing products through the product lifecycle (design, build, test, launch, maintain), including their budgets and teams;Gathering, prioritizing, documenting and communicating product requirements;Creating personas to map unique user journeys for the product across all use cases;Serving as the primary user advocate during the product design and development process;Delivering product demos to business stakeholders;Serving as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution;Prioritizing features and define business value;Providing knowledge for, or participate in, product requirement refinement;Engaging in the appropriate levels of planning;Communicating the product development lifecycle and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations;Gathering, prioritizing, documenting and communicating functional and non-functional requirements to engineering teams;Working with on/off-shore engineering teams to deliver successful product builds using Agile/Scrum/Kanban techniques; and,Defining KPI strategy for the product to measure success (e.g. user analytics, performance metrics, etc.) for commercial products, work with other disciplines to bring a product to market.
