Develop and implement the NW Europe External and Internal communications plans that support the Corporate Affairs strategy to build trust, positive reputation, and engagement. Internally also provide alignment and motivation in pursuit of shared strategic vision and goals. Ensure proactive engagement, alignment, and capabilities by managing the Champions network across all Z- EUR markets for External & Internal comms. Execute plans at Zone level and support markets to deliver their plans locally. Personally manage and execute digital platforms and leverage by creating snackable & sharable content and cascading local/global campaigns.

Senior advisor to NW EUR:
Connect and share cross market insight and trends.
Actively advises on important issues and projects related to external and internal comms,
Actively seeks best practice examples (internally and externally) to maximize effectiveness of plans.
Supports team in the Zone and EUR Markets to develop holistic plans for external & Internal Comms aligned to business needs and Nestle Z-EUR and Group plans.
Manage 'Communications Community
Network of Market functions with focus on Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs, Media Relations, Internal Communications in support of the NW + Zone Europe priorities & commitments.
Regularly including community meetings, market capability support (and training), compliance to digital/ social listening; cascade best practice, identify and adapt BP materials to roll out all markets.
Develop annual Comms program.
To support positive and proactive storytelling to increase relevance and consideration of the category internally and externally.
Plans should include development of ‘plug and play’ tools and actions for multi-markets e.g., Toolkits, education materials, key role training sessions, sales presentations, infographics/ gifs, learning workshops.
Defend our brand and business social license to operate by enhancing and strengthening.
Nestle Waters reputation through communication strategies to build trust and advocacy amongst key stakeholders and society.

Develop approach, manage, and execute proactive Senior Executive ‘Thought leadership’ Program (internally and externally)
Support comms elements of any change management plans, supporting the transformational journey.
Lead the Internal Communications program to ensure awareness, understanding and engagement NW EUR employees in our purpose and culture and alignment to the business priorities.
Including developing and personally executing NW EUR editorial calendar (NEST/ Workplace/ webcasts/ results news) to fully engage employees in the organization’s priorities, goals, purpose, and values.
Develop program to support Head of NW Europe/Senior leaders to share business updates.
Managing and coordinating delivery of messages, strategic priorities, performance review, organizational changes, and associated communication strategy, aimed at engaging employees and building community of equally informed and engaged teams.
Bring more interaction with Senior Leaders via the comms platforms. Inspire and develop our employees into company advocates.

Key experience:
Developed experience in Corporate Communications/Affairs. Proven strategic communication management skills (media management, storytelling, agency management, timing, budget etc).
Experienced spokesperson. Developed understanding of Bottled Water sustainability challenges and opportunities.
Developed experience in building and implementing proactive comms strategy and plans. Including personal execution of comms as well as working with and influencing internal/ external stakeholders/ media/ NGOs/ Partners.
Proven ability to manage agency suppliers: technical production, design, creative, digital, and so on
Strong experience in developing and executing employee engagement and change management programs.
Experience working in an international scope, together with a demonstrated ability to manage people and drive change in a matrix organization.
Soft skills are critical to success, so capability to relate to and engage people of diverse cultural backgrounds and multiple functions is key.
Proven knowledge of digital communications within internal and external environment. Good experience in self-development and executing digital content creation.

Advanced language skills in English (oral and written expression, comms editorial). Other languages a plus. Skilled communicator, Multicultural sensitivity, can train others.
