Your tasks
As a valuable team member of the Group Sector ContiTech CBS, you are driving with your effective team key activities ensuring optimal operational performance and Business processes improvement towards excellence thus delivering business value.
You:
Drive CBS developing CBS Culture on the assigned areas, focusing on increasing Lean mindset and knowledge in Business Processes and Areas.
Develop Leaders and Coaches on CBS management system through coaching and training.
Moderate/Facilitate workshops and Events to teach and realize results.
Set and monitor CBS Projects in line with business needs. Prioritize and focus to ensure maximum impact
Develop Teams towards lean mindset with effect at all levels of the Organization.
Support Task force needs in the Region, aligned with BA/Sector and project demands.
Support regional and local facilities training efforts.
Support implementation and prioritization of relevant projects in Business Processes.
Support and promote the Cultural Change by working with leaders to Create and Communicate the Vision, sense of Urgency for change that incorporates a Continuous Improvement Culture and holist Management system approach.
Bachelor’s degree in operations, technical or business discipline, or comparable
Seven-plus (7+) years of experience in integrated supply chain, manufacturing, quality or process improvement roles.
Three to five- plus (3-5+) years of Operational and implementation experience in Toyota Production system, lean manufacturing, or similar operating system.
Experiencing lean transformations and kaizen activities in businesses processes.
Experience in Project management techniques
Experience in Coaching
Leadership experience with small to mid size teams of Lean experts / technical / business structures direct or indirect.
