In this role, you will:Manage Cash Vault's suite of smart safe solutions, SafeVantage; a market leading solution delivering cash processing efficiencies to some of our largest commercial and corporate banking clientsArticulate SafeVantage product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationshipsBe responsible for acquiring new revenue and increasing profitability through migration of existing Cash Vault clients to smart safe solutions and working with Treasury Management sales to acquire new businessDevelop a strategy that outlines the future of the business considering the rapid influx of new technologies, new competitors, changes in consumer & business payment trends, and changes in regulations. This may include participating on industry boards, leading engagement with our key partners in both private and public industryLead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new Cash Vault products or enhancementsConduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and servicesReview and analyze complex major product lines and servicesImplement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexityMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impactOversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staffRequired Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Product management and development experienceExperience developing solutions for complex client relationshipsTreasury Management experienceDirect Cash Vault experience, including efficiencies in cash processing and smart safe solutionsProject Management experience including use of Agile methodologyExperience in creating, managing and enhancing product Risk ControlsVendor relationship managementProven track record of delivering new innovative products to marketAbility to work and influence various levels of leadership both internally and externallyAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the enterpriseExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 25% of the timeThis position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
