Description
The Relay Carrier Health team is seeking an Carrier Health Analyst to support and analyze daily carrier related escalations in Amazon’s growing middle mile network. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a growing field for Amazon. This position will query, audit, and analyze data, drive process improvements, standardize current processes, and eliminate the root cause of defects within the existing systems. The Carrier Health Analyst will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to remove barriers and streamline operations.
Key job responsibilities
· Systematically intake, escalate, and triage problems to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
· Audit documentation submitted by partners to ensure it complies with standard operating procedures.
· Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL, or other data management systems) to perform reporting and analysis.
· Use data analysis to determine impacts from carrier removals and communicate clearly to relevant stakeholders.
· Upload Weekly Business Review (WBR).
· Support Carrier Health Team's internal customers (Safety, Compliance, Middle Mile Partner Management, Procurement) by acting as a liaison between them and Carrier Health leadership
· Excellent communication, both verbal and written, as you will be required to create a narrative outlining your weekly findings and the variances to goals and present these findings in a review forum.
· Identify and find solutions for current gaps in current standard operating procedures relating to carrier removals.
About the team
The Carrier Health Team is a new organization who's goal is to advocate for the thousands of third party surface carriers in the Amazon Relay network. We aim to do this by insisting on the highest standards when it's necessary to remove carriers from the network and creating a positive carrier experience. We work cross-functionally with Safety, Compliance, Middle Mile Partner Management, Procurement, Product, and Tech to optimize the carrier experience and to understand and communicate the first, second, and third order effects from changes to Relay Program Policies.

Basic Qualifications
· A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 5+ years of professional or military experience
· 2+ years of work experience in the supply chain, supply chain, logistics, or loss prevention industry
· 1+ years of experience or coursework with data systems and data analysis
· 1+ years experience creating, implementing, or auditing standard work
Preferred Qualifications
· Degree in the Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations related fields
· 2+ years of pulling and analyzing large sets of data
· 1+ years of experience or coursework with SQL (i.e., multi-table joins, table creation, and data validation). Ability to use SQL to develop complex queries for ad hoc analysis requests.
· 1+ years of experience or coursework in relational databases (Access, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server), Excel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Windows operating systems)
· Knowledge of the supply chain or Amazon systems and fulfillment center processes
· Track record of calculated risk-taking to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
