Job Descriptions:
Maintains a caseload to provide support and guidance to clients seeking help with job search, career change and career decision making, social media branding, negative employment history
Assesses need and provides client referrals for training programs and community based support for public benefits, housing, food, financial and legal support, computer training
Facilitates group workshops on career topics such as resume writing, career change, interviewing and retention, salary negotiation, social media.
Uses ECM database and Sales Force to track all client enrollments, case notes, community referrals, training referrals, employment progress, communications, participation in the career counseling process
Bachelor's required
Three years’ experience serving underserved and at-risk populations.
Knowledge of the local job market and general labor trends
Possesses personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and car insurance

The base pay for this position ranges from $46,000 to $63,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
