About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, reporting directly to the head of card marketing and acquisition capabilities, with responsibility for coordination and execution of all team-wide business planning needs including communications, business reviews, budget management and investment prioritization, and cross-team initiatives. This person will be a key driver of operating efficiency for the team by bringing to life the critical initiatives across the organization.
In this role, you will:Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior managementLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutionsProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizationalLead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plansStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadershipProvide direction to a cross functional team using business expertiseRequired Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Deep experience with leading strategic planning within the financial services industry for consumer financial products.excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements among diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting prioritiesAbility to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needsProven collaboration/facilitation ability; team player and collaborator with demonstrated success in leading, influencing, motivating and building strong business relationships in a heavily-matrixed organizationProven success achieving objectives requiring a high level of cooperation from other parts of the organization to collaborate, initiate action planning, manage change, as well as make high impact decisions that advance the progress of the organizationJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 15%This position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa SponsorshipPosting Locations:

Pay Range:
$114,300-$287,600 annually
Salary range is determined by location of the job
