Summary:
The Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Project Manager will be focused on Engineering Facility Capital and Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) Project management and coordination.
Reporting directly to the HMI Facility & Engineering Manager, the role will require meeting with management to create annual capital plans (1-10 year) for key facility and process upgrades needed to manufacture super-alloy metal powders. Monthly meetings will also be required to track all projects while also working with project owners and the finance department for budgets through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide input on plant layout, capital equipment and suppliers capability; provide project input for process improvement, cost reduction and automation projects
Manage all Capital Projects & PFMEA to ensure they stay on track and on budget through completion; responsible for projects and/or multiple tasks within functional discipline
Maintain and drive continuous improvements (CORE) to manufacturing standard work, ensuring alignment with internal customer requirements and systemic audit findings
Communicating and reporting status of projects to senior management
Responsible for sett mall projects or multiple tasks within functional discipline
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or and minimum 8 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, process improvement, program/project management or supply chain environment or a Master's Degree and minimum 5 years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, process improvement, program/project management or supply chain environment
Familiar with the production and process of powder metal manufacturing
Prior experience in project management
Prior experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent projects in a cross-functional environment
Experience working off AutoCad and SolidWorks 3D models and drawings; demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
