5+ years of Risk Management or Business Controls experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,, education5+ years of Systems or Capacity Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.2+ years of demonstrated technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure performance and capacity management to support high volume, multi-tier applications.1+ years of experience with Enterprise monitoring and visualization tools like Prometheus/Grafana, AppDynamics, Google logging, Elasticsearch and Splunk.Desired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Process automation, machine learning engineering, data engineering, Software engineering or a related field.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.Recent and demonstrated ability to influence management on technical or business solutions.Experience in partnering with developers and architects from other teams to build solutions and resolve system and business problems.Experience in leading / facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution.Ability to lead / facilitate technically complex discussions and working sessions in person or via teleconference.Strong understanding and experience with process automation, data engineering, building pipelines automation anywhere or like toolsExperienced in IT Capacity and Backup Management and GovernanceExperience with configuring and supporting application capacity and performance modeling for server/serverless assets and network devices in advanced capacity planning and modeling tools such as Helix Continuous Optimization or TrueSight Capacity Optimization by BMC.Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work with Agile teams to define and track user stories.Proven ability to understand and communicate effectively about technical, complex compliance standards and policies.Strong administrative and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning, collaborative team of professionals, including the ability to form relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and to be detail oriented in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentStrong knowledge and experience with deploying automations at scale in cloud environments such as GCP or Azure.Extensive experience in DevOps, using technologies like GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistics.Experience with delivering applied machine learning products, including taking a product through design, implementation, and to production.Locations:1525 W T Harris Blvd., Charlotte, NC1100 Corporate Center Dr., Raleigh, NC1305 W 23rd St., Tempe, AZWe Value Diversity
