This Associate level professional will work within TPRM's EMEA regional coverage team driving effective outsourcing management practices across multiple business lines. The role also requires continuous and proactive GSBE senior stakeholder engagement in order to drive change and to ensure effective outsourcing risk management practices are designed/executed in line with regulatory expectations. Additionally, this Frankfurt based role also incorporates specific responsibilities supporting the GSBE Central Outsourcing Officer as part of GSBE's 'Central Outsourcing Management' function (in line with MaRiskAT 9.12 requirements). Key tasks will include:Support the documentation and execution of GSBE Outsourcing Policy requirements Implementation and further development of appropriate outsourcing management and corresponding control and monitoring processes Creation and maintenance of GSBE outsourcings documentation (including sub-outsourcings) Support of GSBE's internal and legal requirements for outsourcing Coordination and review of GSBE's outsourcing risk assessments SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Possess a strong risk management/control mindset linked with the ability to support the delivery of commercial outcomes Ability to drive behavioural change across multiple business stakeholder groups Experience in a risk management role, including third party risk / supply chain management, or a global risk program design and execution function Experience and knowledge of financial services regulatory frameworks; preferably in the context of third party risk and outsourcing Experience in data analytics, data manipulation and visualization techniques Highly organized; attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure Analytical thinker, intellectually curious and able to quickly assess situations, prioritize and multi-task Strong problem solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong stakeholder management skills (including GSBE senior leaders, GSBE Board members and Regulators) Confident candidate who is enthusiastic and a team playerBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM subject or related role field (e.g., Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration etc.).
