The Contract Manager is responsible for providing professional, thorough and strategic management of customer contracts, RFx activities and daily pricing initiatives, ultimately contributing to the continued growth of the Canadian business. Reporting directly to the Divisional Lead, the Contract Manager will join an experienced and accountable Contracts, Tenders & Pricing (CTP) team to:Core Responsibilities
Manage the contracts pipeline for assigned territories, including the careful review and negotiation of new contracts, and proactive and strategic management of expiry pipelines;
Manage the full-cycle RFx process, from point of initial opportunity identification and project kick-off with required stakeholders, to the submission of approved final bid package by prescribed close dates;
Demonstrate superior organizational skills in ensuring integrity of all filing and contract data management systems (documentation, line item pricing, customer commitments, etc.);
Completion of quarterly sales and rebate reports for GPO and SSO contracts as required, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to Divisional Lead for approvals and payment;
Act as a liaison between regional Sales teams and customer Procurement partners to drive business objectives, and establish relationships with key Procurement decisionmakers
Propose tailored customer contract and RFx pricing strategies aligned to all corporate objectives, in preparation for the Divisional Lead and other stakeholders’ reviews;
Daily support of Field and customer requests, including pricing clarifications, confirmation of contract details and other needs as required;
Collaborate with Customer Service teams to review and validate customer purchase orders for timely processing;
Monitor Canadian public tendering platforms daily, flag and distribute possible RFx opportunities to relevant stakeholders as required;
Implement all contracts, tenders and pricing strategies as approved and directed by the Divisional Lead and relevant stakeholders;
Other duties assigned by the Divisional Lead.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of direct, full-time contract and RFx management experience in the Canadian healthcare landscape is required;
Strong attention to detail, organization and effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple critical tasks simultaneously;
Effective, clear communication skills (both verbal and written);
Process-oriented, and demonstrates a sense of urgency and efficiency in completing deliverables;
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word;
Cross-functional mindset, with the ability to work with various business units and teams daily;
Solutions-driven mindset, with a proven ability to follow corporate directives while contributing to process improvements as needed;
Demonstrates strong business acumen and critical thinking skills;
Experience with Model N, Cognos, Agile, Oracle, Power BI systems is an asset
Bilingual (English / French) is an asset

Successful completion of a post-secondary degree
