Campaign Managers play a critical role through day to day management of Madison Logic’s digital advertising and content syndication campaigns, through implementation, delivery, and optimization. As part of ML’s Operations team, you will work in a cross-functional role, collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, BI, Product, and Finance.
This role will also require team collaboration to identify and enhance process’, expand on a wealth of knowledge and help bridge any gaps in documentation. We are always looking at increasing the success of our team, success of our campaigns and forever expanding our revenue streams. If you are a well-versed ad operations professional and/or a lead generation specialist, with a passion for process’, collaboration and working in a team environment, you will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:Serve as the primary internal owner of the successful delivery of our client's content syndication and digital advertising campaignsWork with internal and external stakeholders to, identify, define and implement inventory requestsCollaborate with partners to help improve and navigate best practices and process improvements at a granular level in partnership with Partner OperationsServe as a digital operations subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners.Continuously assess, improve, and implement efficient and scalable operational workflow, end to endBe the subject matter expert across ML’s products and 3rd party applications including Lead Generation and Digital Advertising Operations and platform integrationsCollaborate on the team onboarding training curriculum and continuous educationPartner with the finance team to complete month-end close processes, analysis and reporting
Basic Qualifications:Associates Degree +2yrs experience or 3 years of related experience in a digital operations role, ideally in an advertising or marketing technology, media, digital ad agency or software companyProject implementation expertise1+ Years Experience with Programmatic Display Advertising, including buying and optimization, ideally in an advertising or marketing technology, media, digital ad agency or software company1+ Years Experience with ABM, marketing automation technology or demand generation1+ Years Experience with Salesforce CRMDemonstrable expertise with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
