Campaign Management Leader
You will be responsible for leading a team that creates, manages, and executes digital media campaigns to drive brand reputation and meet business goals for our North America region. Your key role is to serve Businesses and Regions by optimizing campaign execution, and centralizing resources to deliver strong results.
Your role: Partners with the North America region in d eveloping and implementing digital marketing strategies that support overall business objectives in the areas of brand reputation & demand generation. Serves as the single point of contact for the North America region on all digital marketing & campaign activation topics (B2B) and aligns with stakeholders (e.g. region digital and engagement lead, relevant BIZ digital leaders). Manages budgets, timelines and resources to ensure successful, high quality campaign execution on time and within budget.Leads the North America campaign activation team, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.Maximizes the performance of digital media investment on behalf of business/regions.Will be responsible for the management/execution of multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, display, and paid search.You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 8+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, especially around leading digital media campaigns or similar roles.Your experience and skills include managing a cross-functional digital team with global scope of work preferred, digital marketing strategy, media strategy and execution, ability to negotiate and manage a diverse set of global stakeholders and strong analytics capabilities.You have a bachelor's degree, MBA preferred in a related field.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .You're an excellent people leader that inspires your team to excellence and can also manage stakeholders across diverse businesses in order to maximize their success.About Philips
