Skills, experience and qualifications required
Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within an advertising agency.
Comprehensive understanding and extensive experience in traditional advertising, including print and Out-of-Home installations (OOH, DOOH, Events, Bespoke)
Exceptional analytical skills, results-oriented, methodical, with a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of successful campaign delivery.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams of project managers, effectively manage resources, and handle diverse client portfolios.
Proven experience in leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving common goals.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high productivity and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Specific expertise in various areas such as Media, CRM, Retail, and Customer Experience.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the assigned markets is a plus.
Automotive and / or luxury industry experience is a plus

Main responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of lifecycle program campaigns and strategies , across several European markets , ensuring alignment with the European /Global action plan while accommodating local market needs , culture, and legal requirements .
Drive marketing strategies across diverse business areas within the company , ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive approach .
Oversee end-to-end activations at a European and / or local level , strategically considering the full sales funnel and Customer Journey (C&J).
Coordinate , plan, and execute all campaigns within designated markets , ensuring seamless integration and implementation .
Lead different Project managers on various projects , ensuring a common process is adhered to and knowledge is shared across the team
Collaborate closely with local clients to gain in-depth insights into market needs and tailor campaigns accordingly .
Review , coordinate , and manage all campaign requests submitted by various stakeholders .
Collaborate with 3rd party agencies and local market suppliers to develop necessary content / assets for campaigns .
Work closely with media agencies to anticipate media deadlines , requirements , and ensure flawless delivery of assets .
Manage client expectations regarding deadlines , deliverables , and budget constraints .
Provide regular progress updates , adhere to estimated timings , and produce project reports containing valuable campaign insights .
Report directly to the Senior Management team , contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making processes .
