Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Handle, screen, and direct customer inquiries with a high level of customer service while maintaining adequate documentation of contact in the event follow up is required. Manage and direct incoming voicemails and online requests.Act as a main point of contact with open & professional communication.What we look for in a Call Center Representative:
