As a Call Center Agent you serve as an advocate and financial expertdedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Your primaryresponsibilities will consist of:
Answering inbound calls from Members with questions abouttransactions, account history, services through our online bankingplatform, and investigating inquiries.Building positive relationships and earn member trust to retainlong-term connectionsUnderstanding Arkansas Federal products and services in order toenhance member experienceWe are looking to fill positions at our new HQ in Little Rock. Hours ofoperation are 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
