The Enterprise Digital Product Management (DPM) Program is looking for a senior specialist to join our team to be a central change management lead who will partner with product organizations in each divisions to develop, implement and monitor change and communication plans for the DPM program. The DPM Program's goal is to mature the DPM discipline at an enterprise level and cultivate world class digital product managers to enable Vanguard to more fully and efficiently realize the collective value of our digital portfolio.

Digital Product Management (DPM) is the discipline that connects business, technology, data, and design, enabling firms to become nimbler and more innovative. It's the discipline of identifying, validating, creating, and delivering digital products that address customer needs, in alignment with business strategy. Job Description Summary:
Serves as senior level expert on complex business transformation and or major change management initiatives. Applies functional expertise to improve business and client results.
Core Responsibilities
1. Leads development, implementation, and monitoring of master change and communication plans for large departmental or multi-year initiatives and programs.
2. Develops and implements best practices. Provides guidance on change management and business transformations. Uses a variety of resources to develop and enhance existing processes. Ensures business transformation or change align with overall company strategy and market conditions.
3. Develops and leads communication plans for business transformation and change management initiatives to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
4. Leads specialists in proactively identifying, managing and mitigating risk. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
5. Leads development of measurement processes for change management success that help business partners do self-assessments based on communicated maturity models.
6. Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites, departments, divisions, internal and external partners to support the business transformation and change management initiatives. Develops strong relationships with program leadership, sponsors, and work stream leads.
7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.Minimum of eight years related work experience. Five years of business transformation and or change management experience.Special Factors
