CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Business Systems Manager. This role will report to the Director of Business Systems. CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
The Business Systems Manager for CVS Media Exchange will be responsible for helping manage the logistics and cadence of our multiple systems operation’s projects across the CMX stack. This individual will optimize our day-to-day system operations, including but not limited to managing our system onboarding access and feature request intake process. The right candidate will be highly organized and self-driven.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Help keep our project repository up to date with the correct project’s status and project personnel.
Work to provide decks on project status on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Meet with business stakeholders along with the Director of Business Systems on gathering requirements.
Work with the Director of Business Systems to mobilize QA strategies for up-and-coming project charters and feature deployments.
Organize all project artifacts and make recommendations on improving our project management process.
Keep track of key project milestones.
The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:

Required:
3 + years of technical/system project management involving multiple cloud platforms across multiple departments i.e.; Sales, Finance, Product and Fulfillment/Order Management.
2 + years' experience with projects involving platform retirements and/or platform migrations.
Preferred:
Experience working with Ad Server technology as it relates to order fulfillment and using an OMS (Order Management System).
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strategic thinker. Look at the “Long Game”.
Translate high technical concepts into simple ‘business driven language’.
Proven track record of working with cross functional teams.
Proven experience of keeping projects on track and completing key milestones.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required .
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$69,300.00 - $152,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
