Customer Success is driving Intuit's transformation to become an "AI-driven expert platform", innovating on the way customers access expertise and digitizing the services industry. These customer experiences are delivered through offerings such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live, and extend to how customers access help and support through their entire journey, across all of our offerings. Further, Customer Success is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our experts - the people on our platform who deliver advice and support to customers.

What you'll bring
Currently enrolled in an MBA, MIS (or equivalent) program graduating no earlier than December 20243+ years of full-time industry work experience is preferredMust reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program (see location below)Strong project management, interpersonal and organizational skillsTechnical and data aptitude, E2E system-level thinking, requirements gathering, process mapping, and data/insights for opportunitiesMust have excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, be effective at communicating complex structures in a simple fashion and have a high level of interpersonal skillsExperience with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project. Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and business intelligence tools is a strong plus
How you will lead
Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems including data, user interfaces and frequent use and evaluation of various predictive analytics and ML technologiesIdentify and champion requirements for the product management team to build the requisite software systems, facilitate solution design, and develop and execute test plansProvide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Creativity and iteration are keyDesign details of automated systems. You can prototype with the best of them and then also work to deliver automated production code / systems tooMay lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issuesCommunicates frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders
