Cool stuff you'll get to do:
Consult with business functional areas to develop an understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system(s) and determine how changing business needs will affect the system(s).
Understand the role of the system in the big picture and provide ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system(s).
Develop and maintain value-adding relationships with stakeholders, both technical and business.
Provide systems expertise and support system training, educational tools and materials.
Review and route requested system changes and develop detailed specifications for implementation.
Ensure current and accurate system documentation, coordinate and or perform testing of system modifications, both validated and non-validated systems.
Work effectively with team/group to accomplish organizational goals. Actively participate in client and team meetings by offering suggestions. Provide input to project planning.
Partner with appropriate support personnel related to data integrity checks and controls of the systems.
Help drive internal BTS processes related to demand/release management and SDLC.
Ensure systems implemented meet projected timelines, and customer expectations and comply with relevant Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
Respond to questions and influence users regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.

Experience in Application Lifecycle Management for developing, implementing and supporting information technology platforms.
Knowledge of and experience in managing the integration of systems.

Knowledge of and experience in Office 365, Salesforce.com, OutSystems and SQL an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience or exposure to managing projects.
Deliverables focused and detail-oriented.
