Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

　　Analyze and provide solutions to business-critical issues Elicit, interpret and document business reporting requirements as from customers to usable specifications Map customer requirements to data availability Create business process flow charts for client and technical review. Exceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources Validate report results and formatting against requirements Respond to ad hoc query/data requests from customers Manage customer and team communication and project deadlines Learn new tools (like Cognos/Tableau) as needed Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other team members. Excellent client service attitude and leadership capabilities. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Update service requests and track deliverables regularly Update timesheets and status reports in a timely manner

　　8+ years of Business Analyst experience working with Customers 5+ years of experience working in relational databases such as Teradata / SQL Server / Oracle Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and

　　Good understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts and terminologies Strong analytical / problem solving skills Strong knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system

　　architecture

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
