Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is a highly diversified team of 200+ employees internationally, providing internal services to 100+ non-USA locations, in 30+ countries, ensuring safe, secure & compliant operations in an effective and efficient deliver manner for our stakeholder communities. The team reports into Boeing Global, supporting regional teams and works in close collaboration with Enterprise Services, Global Real Estate, Facilities and Asset Management, Indirect Supply Chain, Enterprise Financial Services, Security & Fire Protection, IT&DA and HR Services to deliver a global capability.
Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Operations Specialist, based in Singapore or Jakarta Indonesia. Business Support Specialist will focus on regional & global continuous process improvements initiatives, sustainability initiatives, data analysis, internal & external reporting, project management and support BGES office operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead regional and global 'continuous process improvement' initiatives in partnership with BGES team, functional team and regional counterparts
Lead regional sustainability initiatives in collaboration with country focal, and implement best practices from other regions
Assist in preparation and presentation of monthly internal and external reporting
Perform data analysis pertaining to office operations, financial data, KPIs and cost allocation rates
Lead and implement project management best practices, oversee regional facilities projects and periodic status reporting
Partner with all the functional partners, BGES team and leadership team, acting as a business integrator to ensure efficient services delivery and provide feedbacks on improvement opportunities
Actively participate in review and updates of current SOPs, identify 'gaps' and provide recommendations to Business Support Manager
Work with BGES team to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, by taking up actionable plans and tasks
Travel to countries within South East Asia (as assigned) to review process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, train the team and back-fill BGES team (on 'as-needed' basis) - ~ 20 to 30% of travel
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives with lean methodologies, facilities project management, office operations & compliance, Data analysis & reporting and stakeholders management
Bachelor degree and more than 6 years of related working experiences. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Share Point)
Competencies:
Multinational company experience highly preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Strong and elaborative experience in leading 'continuous process improvement' projects by implementing lean six sigma methodologies.
Understanding of Sustainability initiatives in office settings. Prior experience of leading and implementing sustainability initiatives will be a solid advantage
Ability to partner, establish trust and collaboration at all the levels of management
Strong facilities management and business operations experience
Ability to analyze large data set and ability to develop 'simplified' reporting
Project management and reporting
Ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize deliverables
Pro-active and positive approach and outlook
Relocation:
