Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, providing various levels of flexibility while also ensuring that associates have opportunities to connect in-person. The Business RPA Consultant is responsible for building and implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing RPA and other software.
How You Will Make an Impact
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Creates and maintains BOTs that will interact with multiple internal and external applications.
Works with cross-functional team members for process identification and feasibility, solving issues that arise in day to day running and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Creates Proof of Concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution using Robotic Process Automation software and other business software.
Leads structured peer reviews and walkthroughs.
Participates in the technical design and development including creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Maintains and improves existing applications by working closely with business stakeholders to map existing work processes and identify productivity opportunities.
Ensures best practices are being followed at each stage of the development life cycle.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 7 years relevant experience, at least 2 years experience building Robots utilizing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Excellent communication skills and accuracy are key.
3 years experience using UiPath Studio or 5 years building .NET applications preferred.
Experience with business analytics software, Microsoft Power Suite, or other finance automation software a plus.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science preferred.
Experience in leading other associates in a team environment to drive business solutions strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $82,840 to $156,960
