Broadridge is hiring! The Business Quality Control Consultant validates and monitors the quality for Proxy to ensure that documents are accurate and in line with Broadridge' s Client's expectations. Assists management with the collection of documentation for external auditors, assists in project development as a subject matter expert.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
Job Responsibilities
Review and monitor the quality of electronic and printed Proxies, includes high profile jobs. Utilize web and mainframe applications to do proper quality reviews. Interact effectively with various departments to provide feedback on review results on a timely manner. Follow department procedures to ensure quality work on all tasks. Assist in the development of new procedures for quality assurance and offer suggestions for improvement. Provide timely analysis and feedback to management/ peers regarding potential issues.
