TE Connectivity's Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) business unit is looking for a talented and passionate Supply Chain Professional to LEAD the Global Supply Chain SAP Business Process Team. This is a fully remote position with some travel to the Headquarters in Pennsylvania, and other AD&M sites.
At the intersection of people, process, and systems is the Global Supply Chain SAP Business Process Team. This position leads the global end-to-end Supply Chain SAP Business Process Optimization and Standardization for TE AD&M Business Unit. The SAP Business Process Manager fosters cross-functional collaboration, delivers a roadmap for continuous improvement and helps drive decision-making for initiatives in the network that improve AD&M Supply Chain Processes. This individual develops Supply Chain Improvement Strategies, implements SAP Business Processes and Rolls out new Supply Chain systems. This position reports directly to the AD&M Central Supply Chain Senior Director and is a key leadership role within the organization.
The SAP Business Process Manager leads a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify both challenges and opportunities. The SAP BPM drives the prioritization and mobilization of resources necessary to deliver change, which is a mix of near-term solutions to satisfy immediate needs, and multi-year transformation plans to attain strategic targets. This individual works closely with the AD&M Supply Chain Transformation Leader and with each Global AD&M manufacturing facility to identify the best developed SAP business processes, recommend solutions to improve process issues and work to increase and improve the SAP proficiency and process knowledge within each location.
The SAP BPM is the conduit between the Business and TE Information Systems to identify and resolve issues, leads SAP data migrations to support footprint changes, as well as ensuring AD&M is up to speed with the latest SAP enhancements and using SAP to its full potential.
Responsibilities
• Recommend and Deploy System Solutions to improve Supply Chain Systems and resolve process issues, gaining alignment and maintaining agreed upon standards
• Lead Supply Chain Analytics Design Efforts and Enforce Standards
• Conduct Business Process Reviews, identifying SAP Business Process Gaps and Deploying Best Demonstrated SAP Business Processes, maintaining consistency across AD&M sites
• Act as liaison between AD&M Supply Chain and TE Information Systems to roll out Systems Improvements
• Partner with Leaders in AD&M Supply Chain Transformation, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, Quality, TEIS and others to ensure compliant and scalable processes
• Improve SAP proficiency and process knowledge across AD&M Supply Chain Organization
• Develop the SAP Strategy and Business Process Roadmap for AD&M Central Supply Chain
• Prioritize the Pipeline of Requirements for AD&M Supply Chain Systems; final Decision-Maker on Design
• Coach and Mentor a Cross-Functional Team of SMEs in SAP Business Processes from PP/PUR/MM/WM/LE/Data Insights
• Work with Senior Leaders to help establish performance goals and strategic/operational objectives
• Develop Process Metrics that can be used to provide performance insights to stakeholders
• Supply Chain Lead and Champion for SAP Business Process and Master Data Standardization/Governance
• Develop and Implement Change Management Strategy
• Serve as an SAP Process Owner for key Supply Chain Processes and gatekeeper for process efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead AD&M Supply Chain in Upcoming SAP S4 Technical Plus Upgrade
• Develop SME Knowledge as required in Supply Chain Process Area across Business Unit, Gain High Level Understanding of Commercial Processes/Key Touch Points
• Create and Maintain Training Material and Knowledge Content
• Develop and Train AD&M Supply Chain Key User Community
• Develop Business Requirements Documents and Identify ROI for Systems Enhancements
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and Deployment of Latest SAP Enhancements
• Promote, Maintain, Enforce Master Data Integrity and Governance for AD&M Procurement
• Troubleshoot, Identify, and Resolve SAP Issues as liaison between AD&M Supply Chain Organization and TE Information Systems
• Support Business Initiatives including Procurement SupplyOn Deployment, Product/Footprint Migrations, Acquisition Integration, New Systems Rollouts (SAP ECC, SAP S/4, MDG)
• Perform Data Extracts and Mass Changes Supporting SAP Procurement Master Data Clean Up and Project-Related SAP Data Take Overs

What your background should look like:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or similar
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in any of these areas: manufacturing operations, supply chain IT systems, supply chain including detailed knowledge of SAP processes and capabilities within SAP PUR/MM/MDG/ modules; minimum 3 years’ leadership experience with direct reports
• Experience in software systems deployment in SAP suite
• Has worked globally (Experience working in a global organization and managing people in a global business).
• Experience in process mapping; value stream mapping (VSM), process flow
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes, Materials Resource Planning (MRP) Systems
• Excellent project manager with very good organizational capabilities, with multiple, large-scale projects
• Solid influencing skills, particularly where there is no reporting relationship
• Problem/root cause identification and communication skills
• Excellent team-building skills and ability to motivate and persuade associates from the plant floor level through management. “Getting things done through other people”
• Ability to translate Business needs into TEIS Business Requirements Documents
• Ability to effectively conduct requirements-gathering sessions, and concisely document the outcome
• Travel domestically & internationally as needed 25% - 50%

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $133,040 – $199,560 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
