Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to join the Model Based Engineering (MBE)team based out of Everett, Washington.

As a team member on the MBE team, you will influence PD process and tool short-term and long-term initiatives ultimately defining how cross-functional teams will develop future BCA products. Candidates will have the opportunity to be part of a growing team leading the PD organization future state of process and tool infrastructure through digital transformation.
Position Responsibilities:
•Lead or assists with the development of integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, and document requirements captured from process owners and users.
•Facilitates effective structured process and product team meetings with appropriate use of process methods and tools.
•Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of process architecture including the impact of changes in one area on another area.
•Ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of plans, anticipate future events, and adjust schedule of activities accordingly.
•Translate workshop activity to capture use case and/or requirement sets to be managed with Functional and Information Technology organizations.
•Ability to collect task status and creating visibility materials of project.
•Communicate routinely with internal and external customers
•Builds and maintains vital business relationships between internal business and functional units.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+years of experience in creating model-based architectures
3+years of experience seeing and understanding inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
3+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
3+years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
Typical Education/Experience:
Mid-Level (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range (Level 3): $91,000.00 - $98,000.00
Summary pay range (Level 4): $110,00.00 - $119,00.00
