ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Performance and Operations Lead plays a key role in the management and strategic direction of global corporate real estate operations within GWE.
This role involves working collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to drive success. The Business Performance and Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing GWE operations - vendor strategy, governance and performance, capital planning, technology strategy and talent performance management.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the Vendor Management Lead to develop GWE sourcing strategy and serve as the central point of contact for performance management and quality control
Oversee the GWE Technology Lead to set and monitor the real estate technology strategy
Lead interactions with Digital and function as the GWE liaison
Manage and maintain corporate technology solutions and GWE technology platforms, including space management, facility management systems and data analytics to optimize real estate operations
Oversee the Finance Lead to consolidate budgets and capital planning for real estate functions
Supervise the capital planning process and facilitate the development, monitoring and optimization of capital investment strategies for real estate projects
Oversee the Governance Lead to identify / define control points, establish policies, procedures, and compliance standards that promote operational excellence
Develop and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and set performance reporting standards
Lead and manage the talent performance management process within GWE in alignment and coordination with PX processes and objectives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Finance or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate real estate
Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Experience in successful technology implementation and monitoring
Understanding of financial principles and analysis techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Industry certifications such as CCIM are a plus
Experience working with advanced real estate management software and technology
Experience in cultural transformation related to governance and compliance
Demonstrated success in optimizing vendor relationships and reducing costs

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $191,300.00 to $309,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
