Develop models to predict unit sales of AR/VR hardware products
Create KPIs to measure and explain performance of the business
Query and visualize data from internal systems to develop insights into trends and opportunities
Collaborate with analytical, product, sales, demand planning, and finance teams to develop a robust understanding of product performance
Create strong business partnerships with AR/VR, Sales, and Finance leadership overall
Up level existing planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities with modeling contributions
Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
Distill complex information to essential knowledge, and persuasively present to different functional stakeholders and levels of management
$223,440.00-$251,000.00 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay within the stated range is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or other field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 2 years involving the following:
Data science, business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or analytics
Using data, analytics and visualization technologies, including SQL or other database querying language, Tableau, or Excel and Google Sheets
Partnering with and influencing functional leaders
Managing end-to-end forecast processes across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
Forecasting and modeling techniques that support various types of strategic analytics, including time series forecasting, new product entry, and scenario planning
Balancing technical expertise with strategic thinking and practical business orientation
Working on and delivering multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines and changing priorities
