Position Overview
You will collaborate with a customer segment owner and develop sales and customer success programs that span the entire customer lifecycle. You will also partner with other Business Operations Managers for other customer segments to reuse similar content to improve efficiency.
You will think about the entire customer lifecycle from first acquisition through renewal and connect the programmatic, data and enablement programs for that customer segment. You will be an important go-to-market partner that refines requirements and translates them into functional requirements (policies, programs, and procedures) that inform our technical and enablement teams.
You will lead multifaceted programs in a matrix world by supplying the vision, developing plans and coordinating teams in their development. This requires engaging important business and technology partners to ensure opportunities and issues are known and addressed. This is a role for someone who can see both the forest and the trees, enjoys collaborating with many different teams and excels. You will have deep experience optimizing GTM motions that deliver excellent customer experiences and understand the value of enterprise architecture and aligning organizational investments.
You will report to the Senior Director of Business Operations.
Responsibilities
Sales program management experience in an B2B enterprise SaaS environmentCuriosity, passion, and a willingness to dive in quicklyExperience implementing sales programs for technology, channel, and services partnersProficient in all aspects of managing global programs including strategy refinement, policy and process definition, enablement, and implementationAnalytical and data-driven and can use business insights to inform and educate others on opportunitiesBreak down siloes to use ideas and solutions from across the businessAlways seek opportunities to guide understanding and broader impact across the customer lifecycleEnsure partners have visibility into our current capabilities and how to prioritize investments to uplevel or add in new capabilitiesManage partners' expectations, highlight tradeoffs, and ensure that employee and customer experience is top of mind when making decisionsWork with GTM teams on how to use our technology stack and operational processes in creative ways to deliver desired capabilitiesDevelop and refine processes to ensure efficient execution
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of work experience with combined exposure to consulting and project management inPresent at all levelsExperience leading diverse partners using both qualitative and quantitative insightsImprove execution but also zoom out to contextualize specific recommendations/plans within the broader company strategyBy prioritizing work and coordinating required support across several teams to achieve project goalsExperience implementing and scaling plans across globally dispersed teamsExperience working with multiple departments

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,100 and $215,380. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
