  CO Salary Range: USD 63,150.00 - 90,000.00 per year

  Job Duties and Responsibilities

  DISH is seeking a Business Operations Analyst who will be responsible for a high-level fraud review of the DISH Wireless Business. In addition to reviewing and investigating new customer activations and account usage, analysts will review and present complex analyses of the business, compiling information for concluding and summarizing the findings for management review. The analyst will monitor and respond to current and newly developed operational policies, procedures, and systems among multiple lines of business. This role supports risk management, fraud prevention, and other assignments for the Billing and Credit department.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Conducting research related to vulnerabilities in various parts of the DISH Wireless BusinessAnalyzing current processes and procedures to maintain them or make recommendations to promote more effective operationsPreparing and delivering recommendations to support changes in policies and proceduresAssisting in the completion of complex projects that are broad by following general guidelinesMaintaining and applying knowledge of practices and procedures in their area of expertiseCreating, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting complex data sets mainly using Excel or Google spreadsheetsSkills, Experience and Requirements

  Education and/or Experience:

  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceSkills and Qualifications:

  Strong data analysis capabilities requiredFinancial analysis strongly preferredSQL experience strongly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize, organize, and complete all tasks, meeting deadlines and target completion datesStrong customer service skills; approachable, and motivated with a strong work ethic and a high degree of integrityWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceAbility to create, maintain, analyze, and publish dataAbility to read and interpret documents such as business rules, procedure instructions, and legal documentsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak and present effectively before groups of customers, peers, upper management, and DISH retailersAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsSalary Range

  Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

  The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total

  compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

  This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
