Roles and Responsibilities nterpret large volumes of data and create data models / data ontologyUnderstand business / proof-of-concept requirements and write user storiesShare business requirements / user stories with the developers, technology arCreate/groom backlogs and manage sprintsPlay the role of scrum master for various POCsPrepare presentations, formulate executive reports by assimilating data/business contextInterview businesses to understand requirements better and scope the work accordinglyCollaborate with Internal BR teams/network to produce required output meeting stakeholder expectationsProvide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to deliveryAbility to demonstrate excellent team dynamics and stakeholder management skillsAbility to perform QA role, as and when neededAbility to manage competing priorities simultaneously and work under minimal guidancePassion to analyze, interpret and present dataInquisitive and keen to learn the minute detailsRequirements / Qualifications6-10 years of business analysis experience (preferably, in financial services domain)MBA from a tier-1 or tier-2 university (Good to have)Shift Timings:
