Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience managing HR data
2 years of experience in people management
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing sensitive datasets
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical teams
Experience designing dashboards, reports, or other information layout (e.g. websites)
Ability to adapt messages to the audience, and use data to inform recommendations and influence stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to project manage with competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
People Analytics is known internally and externally for ensuring data and research informs every people decision. Within People Analytics, the Business Intelligence team performs the role of Analytics Engineers, making sure people data is available, useful, trusted, and secure. We develop and maintain Google's HR data warehouse, dashboards, and reports used by thousands of internal users across all levels of the company with an eye towards performance and code maintainability. We transform data to meet business priorities and provide the robust data foundation and consultation to enable data-driven HR.

Manage a team responsible for building and maintaining key pieces of our POps Data infrastructure. Contribute to project scoping, manage portfolio priorities, and allocate resources within the portfolio, informing and escalating appropriately when external factors impact execution.
Drive the development and maintenance of data pipelines, data modeling, schema design and access security for projects, and lead teammates in deliverables. Help your team fully land changes and launches of data products, navigating testing, approvals, access, roll-out, training, or user feedback as needed.
Own key relationships, particularly with members of partnering engineering and technical analyst teams.
Ensure the integration of multiple adjacent teams activities and deliverables with other related projects or teams.
Contribute to the development of the POps Business Intelligence team’s tools, skills, culture, and impact.
