Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions, DAS, is seeking a Business Integration Specialist for a pivotal role that acts as the main liaison between business stakeholders (such as solution managers, product managers, service offering managers, etc.) and cross-functional teams involved in the operational model for facilitating and supporting the sale of DAS digital whole offers (e.g., integrated solutions), products, and services. The role can be in any of the following locations, AZ, CO, PA, TX, VA, or WA. This role plays a crucial part in gathering and developing business, process, and system requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders (including business stakeholders, Oracle ERP team, ecommerce teams, billing teams, sales/account management, finance/royalty teams, and other related cross-functional teams). Furthermore, this role acts as the project manager for related activities, manages dependencies between stakeholders, assists with prioritizing tasks across multiple business stakeholders, and aids with user acceptance testing and validation to ensure the outcomes meet the requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Coordination:Ensure work is well coordinated and communicated across stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and discussions to align on priorities and timelines.Requirement Management:Work closely with all stakeholders to develop and manage business, process, and systems requirements. Ensure that these requirements are well understood, met, and implemented effectively.System Optimization:Ensure the applicable systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, ecommerce, reporting systems such as Cognos) configuration for the sale and distribution of whole offers, product and services are optimized for all stakeholders. Regularly look for and coordinate the implementation for efficiency improvements across the systems.Bill of Materials Management:Facilitates the creation and management of bill of materials in the Oracle ERP system in collaboration with product managers and the ERP team.Pricing Management:Oversee the management of pricing in the Oracle ERP and related systems to ensure accuracy and consistency, including annual price increase process.Dependency Coordination:Identify and coordinate dependencies across different teams to ensure smooth operations.Subject Matter Expert: This role serves as a crucial resource for comprehensive knowledge related to the data of whole offers, products, and services within the ERP system. This role aids cross-functional teams in understanding the integration of such data with various systems, including but not limited to ecommerce platforms, financial systems, and reporting tools.
The successful candidate will ensure that work is well coordinated and communicated across stakeholders, business requirements are understood and met, and the system configuration for sales is optimized for all internal stakeholders, customers and where applicable 3rd party partners (e.g. OEMs).
40This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.7+ years working closely with business function teams to prepare products and services for market launch.7+ years working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle ERP, and other related systems like ecommerce platforms and reporting tools.7+ years in leading projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery in partnership with cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge of products and services within the ERP system to provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams.The ability to gather and analyze business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.Proficiency in managing and manipulating data, including bill of materials and pricing data.Basic technical knowledge to understand system configurations and facilitate system optimization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate and communicate with stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in managing requirements and data.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Experience implementing agile best practices between cross-functional teams is a plus.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
