Business Integration Consult
Job Description
The Business Integration Consultant is responsible for leading small to mid-sized client and product implementations, analysis, and/or initiatives. This position is responsible for driving key business outcomes for Prime through a blend of project management, business analysis and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead internal and/or external cross-functional leadership of project teams by providing coordination and delivery of assigned tasks from initiation through closure, including scope definition, requirements development, issue resolution/risk mitigation, testing, operational readiness, and go-live planning/support
Support Business Integration Lead on client implementation activities to facilitate workstream delivery (may be single workstream or set of workstreams) including negotiations with client
Aid project team in finding solutions for customizations, client outlier requests and any areas of internal scope which require additional oversight
Identify project integration tasks, resources, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of implementation guides to enable repeatable product implementations
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required
5 years of project management or business analysis or relevant work experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and meeting leadership/facilitation with various internal and external leaders
Ability and desire to drive solutions for complex business needs (including operational and technical aspects)
Proven ability to work under strict timeframes and under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of healthcare or PBM experience
Commercial and Government Programs PBM experience
Familiarity with project management concepts, competencies and skills
3 years of experience leading cross-functional work efforts
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Reporting Structure
Reports to a Director or Senior Director in the PBM Operations departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
