8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications:LEAN/ Six Sigma certification8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering)Senior level leadership experience managing a complex organization including senior managers, managers, and individual contributors across multiple global locationsStrong collaboration and partnering skills Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environmentBS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or physicsDomain experience in consumer contact centers, debit/credit card fraud, securities operations, lending operations and/or wealth management operationsKnowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafxKnowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as MinitabFacilitation skills such as HelixChange Management skills such as Prosci/ADKARKnowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as UiPath and Lightweight Workflow tools like AlfrescoJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10%Posting Locations:
