About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join the Money Movement Product team within Wealth & Investment Management. This individual will support the WIM Money Movement products, processes, and systems and help advise leadership and delivery/scrum teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
In this role, you will...Support the Product Manager in consolidating and organizing the details of Money Movement Transactions across the Brokerage, Private Banking and Trust businesses through the development of an enhanced automated systemAct as a liaison between client area and technical organization for WIM Money Movement product through analysis of complex business problemsParticipate in product requirement discovery process to refine needs on behalf of the business stakeholdersWrite user stories, support testing initiatives and participate in sprint and scrum processes.Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunitiesReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiativesWork with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changesAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Initiate, build, and sustain productive relationships. Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications: 6+ months experience gathering and documenting business requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes6+ months experience defining solution delivery and writing user stories to optimize operational effectiveness and efficienciesAgile Methodology experienceJira experienceExperience with Brokerage, Banking and/or Trust Money Movement systems or processesExperience identifying solutions that ensure enactment of appropriate controlsStrong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and translate findingsAbility to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutionsProven success working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables to meet timelinesProven ability to communicate effectively with diverse functional groups (i.e., business and technology)Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
