In this role, you will direct and coordinate all activities pertaining to high-profile products, services, and solutions for the area of responsibility. Many areas involve 3rd party suppliers and this position is responsible for developing high-quality relationships with our supplier.
This position is responsible for Component Sales revenue of 9M USD.
Develop strong and trustful relationships with any 3rd party suppliers
Work with product management, quality, and safety to ensure 3rd party materials meet Conti standards (e.g. in terms of compliance, safety, training, labeling, marketing and so forth)
Ensure good communications with suppliers to keep them informed of ContiTech and supplier priorities
Translate strategy into action plans and ensure implementation
Responsible for achieving revenue and profit objectives
Contribute to strategic planning (e.g. with respect to SME products, services and solutions)
Complying with company policies and compliance requirements
Responsible for achieving sales and margin budget
Implement funnel process to achieve sales budget forecast
Participate in strategic and operative planning, as required
Utilize approved process to identify customers and qualify the opportunity
Identify competitors and other market participants
Develop and implement plan to convert customers
Conduct SWOT analysis on major competitors -- use to convert new business
Use SFDC as Customer management tool
Develop training programs for internal resources and insure implementation
Implement customer/external training as appropriate
Work with 3rd party suppliers to insure training is comprehensive and meets internal safety, quality and environmental standards
Work with product management to insure alignment
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2+ years in Conveyor Service or Mining Industry or 4+ years Conveyor Service or Mining experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
