The Business Development Specialist will drive business initiatives in immunodiagnostic division to expand sales pipelines. The individual will provide deep, ongoing analysis and understanding of the special diagnostic segment to ensure alignment with the customer's needs. The individual needs to build positive relationships with key customers and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive incremental growth opportunities.
The Business Development Specialist must to analysis and understands the needs of the Taiwan IVD market, the disease area and drive cross-segment initiatives. The individual must to identify new opportunities, build the partnerships and relationships and expand the potential of existing business to achieve the financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and implement our strategy plan to develop new segment, new applications and new solution/workflow for target segmentationStimulate the out-of-box thinking growth culture across segments. Be responsible for the best practice-sharing and replicating market development model across segments.Prospect and establish opportunities by leading a market analysis and developing proposals to customers by illustrating Thermo Fisher's value proposition.Work with sales, marketing, and other internal partners to provide successful solutions to lead business success.Engage with key opinion leaders to drive demands, develop initiatives and close opportunities to increase sales pipelines.
