As a Field Sales Engineer at QSC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of audio equipment within the dynamic rental and production markets. Your mission is to cultivate and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide expert guidance to customers in their audio equipment selection. Base Pay Range 121,000 - 158,700
The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans, generous time off and profit sharing.

Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to expand and diversify the customer base.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, new product launches, and competitive insights to drive sales growth.
• Manage logistical aspects, including scheduling, delivery, and equipment pick-up for demonstrations.
Technical Expertise and Customer Support:
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable audio equipment based on their event requirements and budget constraints.
• Provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, both before and after the sale.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in pro audio technology and offer informed recommendations to customers regarding equipment choices.
Financial Management:
• Develop and meticulously manage assigned budgets, focusing on profitability and cost control.
• Monitor and track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the Sound Reinforcement Industry.
• Profound knowledge of pro audio equipment, encompassing sound systems, microphones, mixers, amplifiers, and recording devices.
• 7+ years of experience in technical sales
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• In-depth technical understanding of audio equipment and the ability to deliver comprehensive technical support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in utilizing sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other pertinent business tools
