Business Development Manager - Legal Software Solutions
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop a market for primarily our legal products, HighQ and Legal Tracker.
About the role
In this new opportunity for a Business Development Manager, Solutions you will:
Specifically focus on the corporate/legal firms and your key priorities will be new business development and building increasing value within the client base to achieve overall revenue targets.You will attain these results by proactively engaging with new whitespace clients and by working with our wider sales and leadership team to develop close relationships with prospects and customers to understand their business and provide them with a targeted solution.Need to demonstrate strong, proactive, new business development experience, together with solution selling and consultative sales experience, including demonstrated experience managing long sales cycles. Ideally have experience in Solutions Software, selling complex solutions to enterprise customers. You will require a real passion for sales, a personal drive for success and a strong determination to achieve your objectives.
About You
In this role of Business Development Manager, Solutions, you will have:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional field sales or business development role selling software as a solutionDemonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and strive for successCreate and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of opportunities through prospecting activityStrong experience in B2B enterprise sales with excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skillsCustomer centric approach, commercial acumen, and ability to identify opportunities to cross sell solutions Ability to partner effectively with the wider sales team including pre-sales and proposition. A team player with a positive approachGood organizational and time management skills and attention to detailExperience in software or legal solutions space would be an added advantage
