Your mission :
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of 6 Activation Specialists whose main objective is to get customers to utilize the Business Line of Credit. Success in this role is measured by the team hitting and exceeding Quarterly Sales goals and achieving daily metrics in a competitive, collaborative, and compliant environment.
What you’ll be doing :
Manage a group of Activation Specialists
Conduct call monitoring for effective coaching and feedback
Develop individuals on the team through motivation, guidance, and product knowledge
Track daily and quarterly targets for team goals
Collaborate with other teams within the organization
What we’re looking for in you :
2-3 years of Sales experience selling to SMBs
Past telephone sales experience
History of consistently exceeding sales goals
Experience selling software, platform and/or SaaS solutions to SMBs
Has a desire to grow personally and professionally
Colleague development and coaching skills
Strong communication skills
Salesforce experience

Qualifications
Salary Range: $92,000 annually sales incentive benefits
