Marketing and Business Development Manager
Job Description
This Position will assist in sales and lead development through various sources. Door knocking, phone calls, networking, etc. Provide high-level organizational support regarding business administration. This position will play a significant role in efforts related to marketing, various analyses and business development/sales management. Also, this position will handle information requests and meetings with clientele.
Responsibilities
Lead generation through face-to-face contact with potential clients. Door knocking will be required for this position.Deals directly with day-to-day operational tasks (including, but not limited to, marketing, strategy, administration, business development and sales management)Prepares reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files and recordsPrepares information and research for executive needsMakes financial determinations regarding matters of significanceSkills

Compensation
Full Time$50,000 - Salary (FLSA Exempt)Performance Bonuses based upon achieving benchmark goalsEquity Builders of Bloomington, Inc. does not have nor offer any type of benefits plan, except a company 401(k) plan.
