　　Job Responsibilities

　　We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join our inside sales team. This position will work closely with sales members/Producers to assist with prospecting leads for potential clients, as well as leverage data to uncover sales opportunities.

　　This position will help to align and track marketing campaigns for Program business as well as deliver reporting to sales leadership for execution on strategy.

　　Job Requirements

　　Familiarity with CRM platforms

　　Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

　　A valid Property & Casualty insurance broker’s license (A Plus)

　　Superior time management skills

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

　　Experience working with multiple insurance carriers

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

　　Bachelor’s Degree preferred
