  As Business Development Manager in Arrow, you will join the Cloud Business Unit, offering comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform solutions. You will exercise your role within the Hungarian market and work with local Arrow Product, Marketing, Technical, Vendor and Arrow Cloud teams in close co-operation.

  Within this position, you will be mainly responsible for vendors such as VMware or AWS and related business development. Your role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams, and the vendors, to ensure trust and support of business objectives.

  What You Will Be Doing at Arrow

  Identifying the key partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor's products and services.Identifying new reseller partners, engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental sales.Works together with partners to have tailored enablement and business plans for represented technologies.Enabling partners by providing regular online and offline sales and technical training.Working with the above-mentioned partners to ensure they have all the tools necessary to capitalize their sales potential.Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendor.Initiating marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leads.Regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short- and long-term deals.

  What Are We Looking For?

  Technical and sales knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing.Experience in planning/architecting, configuring, or building virtualization and PaaS solutions.Experience in working with Vendor, Partner, or End user Customer.Fluency in english and hungarianlanguages.Excellent presentation and communication skills.A self-driven who is eager to train and develop Arrow's new and existing Partners.
