Data Center AI Solutions Category (DAIS) is a critical part of our accelerated computing strategy and spans data center workloads from generative AI and deep learning to analytics, HPC, and graphics. The DAIS Category Sales organization partners across Intel's Sales and Marketing Group and with the business unit to provide the best experience to customers and partners as they engage with Intel for design-in, on-boarding, optimizations, and go-to-market.
The DAIS Business Development Manager will play a key role in our get to market and go to market sales motions. We are seeking a high-energy and motivated individual with a solid business and technical knowledge of AI, HPC, and data center accelerator market to proactively drive collaboration across Intel and with partners on designs, demand generation, and sales campaigns.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
A strong knowledge of Intel, our strategy, our customer landscape, our processes, and policies.Business knowledge of the global AI, HPC, and data center accelerator industry market trends.Experience with leading accounts and partnerships with a proven track record building a programmatic approach to scaling revenue through cloud service providers and/or OEMs.Proven history of collaboration across a matrixed organization with many stakeholders.Willingness to create account-specific plans, growth strategies and execute against these plans.You must be results-oriented, capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear messages.Strong technical and product acumen is a plus.Previous sales experience is a plus.Commitment to Intel's cultural evolution with skills to encourage change cross-Intel.
In this role, you'll be responsible for but not limited to:
Develop and maintain an understanding of accelerators for AI and HPC use cases, along with the key OEM/ODM platform solutions for these markets.Develop customer engagement plans working closely with Intel's sales and marketing teams, building customer relationships, and working with internal Intel teams to get the required customer support.Create, execute, and maintain the strategic sales strategy for Intel data center products, including accelerators, for AI and HPC data through OEM, ODM and CSPs.Coordinate business and technical engagement across Intel and with external customers/partners to ensure key customer needs are understood and addressed.Help internal and partner field teams understand the portfolio and help customers successfully adopt Intel solutions.Manage a core team of cross-functional members involved in engaging and supporting the partner, driving towards design wins and revenue capture.Drive and help manage all pre-design win efforts and deliverables including customer-specific customizations and support requirements.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum a BA or BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or related work experience of 6+ years in AI, high performance computing, graphics-intensive workloads and one or more of the following tasks:
Cross-organizational collaboration and with external customers/partners.Customer visit prep/execution.Proficiency in executing sales campaigns and initiatives.Managing and developing account relationships.Business development activities.Creation of go-to-market strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree and/or MBA.
- Advanced contract management skills and experience.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $181,145.00-$289,863.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
