NVIDIA Omniverse™ is the computing platform that enables individuals and teams to develop Universal Scene Description (OpenUSD) - based 3D workflows and applications. The Omniverse Factory Digital Twin segment sales team is looking for a high-impact, well-rounded business development leader who thinks strategically, and is hands on with sales play curation, enablement and execution. Prior operating experience in global, cross-functional, matrixed and collaborative environments will be valuable in this multifaceted, high-impact position.
What you’ll be doing:
Work with Enterprise customers and internal sales and technical teams to identify and prioritize target end-to-end Omniverse Digital Twin solutions for Factories across manufacturing industries.
Collaborate with NVIDIA sales leaders to develop Omniverse solutions for enterprise customers for factory planning. synthetic data generation, factory automation opportunities
Collaborate with product management, marketing, education services, training, sales operations, finance, global sales teams to enable GTM by developing, communicating and providing training for Omniverse Digital Twin Sales Plays.
Maintain an opportunity tracker to communicate insights, blockers and feedback on the market adoption of the solution and related growth strategy.
Engage deeply with Account teams to provide strategy for Light House Accounts.
Represent the voice of enterprise customers and partners with insights to inform future product development and ideation.
Partner with Product to ensure core functionality and product availability to support market entry / customer acquisition strategies.
Apply thought leadership, tight cross-functional teamwork, team management skills, flawless execution, and significant expertise in operating with multinational, matrixed teams.
Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring, development, and inspiring.
What we need to see:
8 + years of work experience, including 5+ years driving enterprise product- and software business development work with major technology companies and innovative start-ups, preferably in industrial domain with cloud focus.
Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Science, with manufacturing related 3D technology, related data source systems (e.g. PLM, MES, IOT, TeamCenter ) and AI first cloud based Industry 4.0 solutions is a plus.
Proven success in building and managing end-to-end partner solutions including business case, solution definition, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketing.
Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in C-level and functional VP business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence and results.
Shown ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.
Demonstrable experience in technologies related to 3D systems, digital twin, metaverse, AI, advanced hardware, industrial manufacturing domains, and next generation Internet technologies
Comfortable in a constantly evolving environment and takes a proactive, strategic approach to customer focused business development.
Experienced strategic problem solver, capable of articulating considerations in foundational technical and business decisions.
Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements, including interpreting legal documents and working with attorneys to complete agreements.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in immersive 3D, CAD, digital twins, Siemens/Dassault/Rockwell Automation portfolio, metaverse, SDR, XR, Industry 4.0.
Previous experience as a hands-on Solutions Architect, Business Development, Field support in industrial manufacturing and factory planning domain is desirable.
Prior experience planning, designing and operating Factory operations and affinity to customer pain points in this domain.
Prior experience working with lifecycle of Factory relevant product, building, equipment and layout data

The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
