Job Description The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of the relationship between Visa and its Key clients in Pakistan. This role focuses on business growth and client satisfaction. The candidate will manage the strategic direction and implementation of & client growth agenda and plans in order to achieve business targets. This will be achieved by growing the existing business and through identifying new business opportunities including the introduction and implementation of new products and services with a special focus on emerging technologies.
Strategic Planning
Contribute to the development of client’s business growth strategy.Evaluate the needs and opportunities across client’s multiple business lines and understand factors impacting current and potential business results of Visa.Assist in detailed forecasting for revenue drivers for respective clients.Support the production of the key business drivers (e.g. volumes, transactions, etc.) for use in strategic planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecastingModel building for new as well as renewal deals and taking it up with relevant stakeholders within the client organization and Visa.Reviewing Legal contracting and follow up contract management team till final signoff by client.Champion Visa Playbook, Ensure Success and adoption for sales management tools with relevant call/client reports and Account PlansIdentify key opportunities within respective clients and provide analysis and business case justifications to address the opportunity. Assist with the relationships with key technology partners and other organizations involved in payment services. Utilize these relationships to influence and change attitudes and decisions of clients' and to achieve Visa's goals.Assist with Identifying new business development opportunities and take accountability for securing them.Ensure effective communication of progress to targets both within Visa and with Clients.Develop, maintain and cultivate close relationships with decision-makers of designated clients and partner companiesRepresent Visa to the clients by providing a point of contact to them, with permanent high quality support on the Visa organization, products, systems and policies.Client consulting relating to business development, operations, IT, marketing and compliance Decision Making & Complexity
Able to operate with limited guidance in complex environments.Recommend strategy for securing individual Client commercial agreements.The candidate will be required to interact effectively with various levels of staff and management within VisaStrong interpersonal skills are required to address on-going needs of a complex, matrix organization.Analyzing and mapping revenue streams.Volume trend analysis (International vs. Domestic).Analysis of revenue by category.High quality and timely internal reporting (both periodic and one-off).High quality and timely submission of various inputs as and when requested. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
