Your mission:
As Business Development Executive- you are responsible for the client acquisition, development of on-going client relationships at our premium clients in the region. Your experience of selling in the IT-Service industry in Nordics (Finnish) market creates an added value for our clients and ensures Wipro's standing on the Nordic (Finnish) market. You will be selling the complete portfolio of Wipro Services across all our Business lines.
Ideal candidates would have strong business acumen and a keen sense for the latest developments and trends on the market. Furthermore, you will evaluate the market, analyse client needs, develop business plans, initiate and close business deals.
Your tasks:
The main focus is the acquisition of new clients across Nordic (Finnish) market in the Manufacturing domain Nurturing and growth of existing relationships Market analysis with regards to new business and expansion opportunities Benchmarking with competition as well as reporting and forecasting Ramp-up planning as well as launch of new projects Position Wipro as an IT partner of choice among the key must have Manufacturing customers in Nordics (Finnish) Market Your qualification:
A University degree or equivalent voacational qualifications A minimum of 10+ years' experience, whereof at least 5 years' experience as Sales Executive in the IT-sector Experience of handling larger outsourcing engagements within the IT-Service industry (pre-sales or sales phase) with focus on Nordic (Finnish) customers preferably in the Manufacturing sector Proven track record of sales successes with demonstrated ability to close new logo deals Project Management experience is an asset Willingness to travel Open, communicative and team-oriented Self-relient and compelling Analytic and conceptual frame of mind Goal oriented, resilient Business fluent in English. Knowledge of Finnish language would be an added advantage Well networked at the CXO layers of customer organizations in Nordic (Finnish) market
